Hey,
I emailed Club Penguin about Penguin Chat 3 and Ninjas.This is how it started and what they said (NOTE:The emails in bold are the ones about Penguin Chat 3 and Ninjas)…

Me and my best friend were thinking of making an online racing game or some

make Club Penguin?

Unfortunately we do not have any information regarding Penguin Chat 3. However,
you should be able to locate it on their website.
At this time there are no ninjas on Club Penguin but that doesn’t mean that
there never will be! Be sure to keep your ears open for any news on them, you
never know what you may hear!
